payment
A deposit equal to two nights plus tax is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is required if reservation is made within 45 days of arrival date
Rates are exclusive of 19% tax and resort fee.
confirmation/cancellation
Grand Caribe Belize manages the daily operations of the resort equipped with onsite personnel to assist with your resort itinerary. As an added protection to you, the traveler, the Grand Caribe reservations department will send you an additional confirmation within 48 hours of you booking your reservation. This confirmation will contain important information such a your reservation confirmation number, breakdown of charges, and details on the complementary van service from the San Pedro Airport to the resort. You must receive this confirmation, if you do not, it is important for you to contact the resort directly at 1-800-488-5903.
Initial two nights plus tax deposit is non refundable. No refunds for cancellations of 45 days or less prior to arrival date.
No refunds for cancellations due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures or in the event of a no-show.
Reservation modifications are subject to approval and will attract a modification fee if modification is approved.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
